armasuisse requires suitable instruments for the systematic assessment of competencies and potential. To this end, Assessment Centers (AC) are to be used in the recruitment process to enable candidates to be assessed in a practical and objective manner. In addition, Development Centers (DC) and other instruments are to be offered for existing employees in order to identify their strengths and development potential in a structured manner and promote them in a targeted way. The objective of the solicitation is to select a reliable, experienced, and competent provider that supports armasuisse in conducting Assessment and Development Centers in accordance with the requirements of Annex 2.0 and ensures a practical, objective, and systematic assessment of competencies and potential.
