The contract concerns the construction and refurbishment of the buildings as well as the external works. Building 1 is demolished and replaced by two new buildings: one (Bldg. 1 NEW) for the DGMR and the OFROU; the other (Bldg. 5) for the “Polcant”. Building 2 is retained and converted. Building 3 is demolished and 2 new buildings, “3 NEW” and “5”, are constructed against Building 2, thus creating a single volume. Building 4 (the existing shelters) is partially converted to house the new electrical and Polycom room and the Polcant van garages. The project provides for the supply and installation of emergency lighting fixtures throughout all the buildings. Procedure: open.
