The contract concerns the construction and redevelopment of the buildings as well as the external works. Building 1 is demolished and replaced by two new buildings: one (Bldg. 1 NEW) for the DGMR and OFROU; the other (Bldg. 5) for the “Polcant”. Building 2 is retained and converted. Building 3 is demolished and 2 new buildings, “3 NEW” and “5”, are built against Building 2, thus creating a single volume. Building 4 (the existing covered structures) is partially converted to house the new electrical and Polycom room and the Polcant van garages. The project provides for the installation of sectional doors and folding doors in accordance with the thermal requirements of the buildings as well as the use of the spaces.
