The City of Lancy wishes to carry out extension, renovation and conversion work on the Tivoli school complex, including its schoolyard, located at 15 Chemin Fief-de-Chapitre in Petit-Lancy (hereinafter the Project). Indeed, the municipality must be able to meet the growing needs of Lancy’s steadily increasing population, the requirements of the DIP, the objectives of reducing the heat-island effects of its schoolyards, and the necessary renovation of its school complexes. The subject of this contract concerns the award of a mandate to an architect assuming the role of general planner, a heating, ventilation, sanitary and regulation engineer, and finally a civil engineer for the design and implementation of the Project.
