The Zurich University of Teacher Education (PHZH) operates the Schloss Au conference center on the Au Peninsula. Due to its poor structural condition, the Coach House, previously used as an extension to the castle for a wide variety of purposes, increasingly fails to meet today's requirements. Taking into account the principles of sustainability and sufficiency, as well as the conservation of resources, PHZH has decided to preserve the building and renovate it comprehensively. As a cooperative project between PHZH (Leading House), the Pestalozzianum Foundation, WWF Zurich and ZHAW, the Coach House is to be used as a sustainability center. This procurement includes the electrical installation work required for this purpose, including the construction of a rooftop PV system. Procedure: open.
