This lot concerns the following work: CFC 112.1 Demolition Complete demolition work on the East wing of the existing building, arranged over several levels. * Upper ground floor - 249.34m2 * 1st floor - 242.69m2 * 2nd floor - 242.69m2 * Attic - 231.28m2 * Upper attic - 119.84m2 The building has a conventional structure with concrete slabs and walls, a timber frame, and a tiled roof. The ground-floor base is constructed from prefabricated façade elements; the upper floors have external insulation and render. All technical systems will be taken out of service by the specialist companies. Their demolition is included in this lot.
