Switzerland – Construction work – Lake Waterworks Riet II, Lot 2: Building Construction (Main Contractor)

RWSG supplies around 150'000 people as well as numerous businesses in the region from Lake Constance to St. Gallen. Due to increasing water demand, a lack of redundancies, and existing studies, RWSG is planning the construction of a new lake waterworks next to the Riet high-pressure pumping station in Goldach to ensure the regional water supply over the long term. The construction of the new facility has been divided into several lots. The subject of the present invitation to tender is the building construction lot (main contractor). This invitation to tender comprises services in the following areas: * Construction site setup * Scaffolding, temporary railings, etc. (also for third-party contractors) * Reinforced concrete construction * Masonry work * Waterproofing work * Excavation work by the main contractor There are numerous interfaces with Lot 1 (civil engineering), Lot 4 (process engineering), and Lot 5 (building envelope). In addition, smaller works must also be carried out at the Riet high-pressure pumping station (pump bases). Work by the main contractor will begin on 1 April 2027. The main works must be completed by 30 April 2028. Completion of all works is scheduled for the end of 2028. Procedure: open.
