Opportunity description

The Purchasing and Logistics Directorate of the Canton of Vaud (DAL) is attached to the Directorate-General for Buildings and Heritage (DGIP). Its mission is to ensure, in accordance with the rules of the State and the public procurement regulations in force, the supply to the Vaud cantonal administration (ACV) of equipment, furniture, supplies for school and vocational training, printed materials, as well as computer hardware and software. The purpose of this contract is the procurement of compasses for the various departments of the Vaud cantonal administration (ACV). All deliveries will be made to the DAL. This contract concerns 3 different types of compasses. The estimated annual value is CHF 176'201.00 excluding tax, representing CHF 352'402.00 excluding tax over the 2-year contractual period, subject to any decision to suspend the budget, with the possibility of a one-year extension up to 2 times but for a maximum duration of 4 years. The estimated annual quantity under this contract is 13’000 compasses. These volumes are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute any contractual commitment on the part of the buyer.
