This contract includes the upgrading of the lighting installations for the following 2 lots: · Lot 1 BH Main building of the hospital complex · Lot 2 MAT/BU23/AL of the hospital complex The project includes: * The complete replacement of luminaires that have reached the end of their service life and/or are in poor condition (lighting more than 20 years old), including any necessary adaptation of the mounting system: CFC 232 → Electrical specifications, Engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexes * The replacement of light sources ("retrofit") in luminaires in good condition that are less than 20 years old (T8/T5 tubes replaced with compatible LED tubes, including wiring modifications): CFC 232.1 → Electrical specifications, Engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexes * The supply and installation of standard and custom-made lighting fixtures: CFC 233 → Lighting fixture specifications, Engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexes * The phased upgrading of lighting management and control systems (dimming, presence detectors, twilight sensors): CFC 232.2 → Electrical specifications, Engineers' conditions (electricity), price schedule, annexes For all floors of the CHUV BH building (floors 12/13/14/15/16/17 as an option).
