With this invitation to tender, Immobilien Stadt Zürich is seeking framework agreement partners for the years 2026 through the end of 2029 for the renewal and adaptation of the electrical infrastructure in municipal school facilities to ensure future-proof IT operations. As part of this invitation to tender, all necessary electrical installations for the renewal of the IT infrastructure in various school facilities of the City of Zurich are being put out to tender. The scope of services includes, among other things, adapting existing installations, installing new power supplies and network components, and coordinating with other trades during the construction phases. For each lot, two framework agreement partners are to support Immobilien Stadt Zürich in a multi-year process as part of the electrical installation work, thereby ensuring both technical expertise and continuity. Note: The expansion and optimization of the WLAN infrastructure is not the subject of this invitation to tender and will be put out to tender separately.
