The City of Zurich Real Estate Department is seeking framework contract partners through this invitation to tender for the years 2026 to the end of 2029 for the renewal and adaptation of the electrical infrastructure in municipal school facilities to ensure future-proof IT operations. As part of this invitation to tender, all necessary electrical installations for the renewal of the IT infrastructure in various school facilities of the City of Zurich are being put out to tender. The scope of services includes, among other things, the adaptation of existing installations, the installation of new power supplies and network components, as well as coordination with other trades during the construction phases. For each lot, two framework contract partners are to support the City of Zurich Real Estate Department in a multi-year process as part of the electrical installation work, thereby ensuring both technical expertise and continuity. Note: The expansion and optimization of the WLAN infrastructure is not the subject of this invitation to tender and will be put out to tender separately.
