Opportunity description

The Asylum Organisation Zurich (AOZ) plans to renovate the SKU Ettenfeld property at Schaffhauserstrasse 550, 8052 Zurich, on the 3rd and 4th floors. The subject of this invitation to tender is the electrical installations (BKP 230) for the renovation. The work includes in particular the dismantling of existing installations as well as the delivery, installation and commissioning of high- and low-voltage systems. The scope of services includes, among other things: * Dismantling and disposal of existing electrical installations * Construction of high-voltage installations * Construction of low-voltage installations * Installations for communication systems * Temporary construction installations during the construction period * Functional checks and commissioning The work will be carried out in an existing building and partly during ongoing operations, which is why close coordination with the construction management is required. The work will be carried out in accordance with the tender documents of the specialist engineer. The area to be worked on is approximately 2000 m². Work is scheduled to begin in August 2026, with completion expected by November / early December 2026. Procedure: open.
