Opportunity description

Complete renovation of the 4 existing school buildings at Bienenstrasse 5-11: School Buildings II+I at Bienenstrasse 5+9, neighborhood building and gymnasium at Bienenstrasse 7+11. Existing HV in the basement of Bienestrasse 7, new connection from the new building. Replacement of the electrical connection from the HV to the existing UV in School Buildings I+II. Replacement of the lighting. Planned systems: BMA, NLA, PVA by ewb, GLS, KNX (blinds), constant light control, AMOK, EVAK. Heating by means of district heating (already installed), hot water by means of fresh-water stations and heat-pump boilers, exhaust-air systems in the WCs, ventilation system in the basement of the neighborhood building and ventilation system for the changing rooms in the gymnasium.
