Opportunity description

The mandate for external project management (client representation) includes supporting and advising the Municipality of Ingenbohl within the framework of the «Development of the Heideweg Retirement Center» project. The external project management acts as an extension of the client in order to manage projects strategically and operationally. It ensures quality, deadlines, and costs, coordinates planners and contractors, and represents the client's interests vis-à-vis third parties. For the time being, the contract covers only the first three project phases (autumn 2026 to approximately mid-2028). For the subsequent phases (2028 until project completion in approximately 2033), the award of a follow-on contract to the mandate holder under the direct award procedure (based on Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e and i IVöB) remains reserved. The aim is for the external project management to accompany the project through all phases until commissioning. Procedure: open.
