The call for tenders concerns project designer services from the intervention project phase (MP, SIA phase 32) through to execution (MA, SIA phase 53), including local construction management for the civil engineering involved in constructing 14 new sign gantries between the Bellinzona Nord and Biasca junctions (section called “Area Riviera”). The services of an environmental specialist, surveyor and geotechnical specialist are also included in the contract. All measures connected with commissioning the gantries, such as cabling, parapet, foundations, work on restraint systems, etc., must also be provided for. The hours estimated by the Contracting Authority, including additional services, are 8'800. The subject of the contract is design services from the intervention project phase (MP, SIA phase 32) to the execution phase (MA, SIA phase 53), and local construction management for civil engineering, relating to the construction of 14 new sign gantries between the Bellinzona Nord and Biasca junctions (section called “Area Riviera”). In addition to constructing the new sign gantries, all measures connected with their commissioning must be provided for, such as cable routes, platforms, railings, foundations, work on barriers and infrastructure, etc. The hours estimated by the contracting authority, including any additional services to be approved at the Contracting Authority’s request, are 8’800.
