Opportunity description

The contractor supports the client in handling the public consultation and land acquisition procedures in SIA phase 33 in the administrative area. This includes organizing and handling the public consultation procedure for the VERAS project, including the public display of the project, and assisting with the processing of objections to the project until project approval. This also includes the preparation of overviews and checklists. The contractor also performs coordination tasks among the parties involved. In a second sub-phase, the land acquisition procedure takes place, during which the contractor again provides support with administration, the organization of negotiations, and the drafting of contracts.
