To ensure that SZU has a contractual basis available for procuring services from September 2026, SZU is seeking partner companies for the following roles (one role per lot): Lot Role 1 Business Consultant / Management Consultant 2 Program Management Support / Project and Subproject Manager 3 ICT Project Manager 4 Enterprise Architect 5 Business and Process Analyst 6 ICT System Engineer 7 CISO In some lots, individuals with different seniority levels are being sought. The objective is to contract a maximum of three partner companies as framework contract holders for each of the seven lots, which will be available on call for a contract term of five years. A partner company may cover multiple lots (=multiple roles). For each role and each seniority level, a key person responsible for service delivery must be designated. One key person may cover multiple roles and/or multiple seniority levels. Individual contracts will be concluded for each individual call-off of services. There is no specific basic service. The content, scope and time required for service delivery will be determined by the respective call-off. Collection, analysis and documentation of functional and technical requirements, AS-IS/TO-BE process modeling, preparation of specifications, and support with testing and acceptance. Interface between business, operations and IT. Knowledge transfer to SZU. Two seniority levels. Total workload: 180% (396 days/year). Procedure: open.
