Opportunity description

To date, FHVi already has an incident monitoring, detection and response system, but wishes to develop it into an expanded SOC capability, enabling cross-functional monitoring covering all components of the information system. Through this invitation to tender, FHVi wishes to select a service provider responsible for designing, implementing and operating a Security Operations Center (SOC) service tailored to its IT environment and the needs of its member establishments. The contract concerns the provision of an SOC system capable of ensuring cross-functional monitoring of the components of the information system and integrating with FHVi’s existing incident management and governance processes.
