Opportunity description

The purpose of this contract is the supply, implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance and support of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) intended for the hospital establishments in the canton of Vaud participating in the project. This future HRIS is intended to replace the solutions currently in operation in certain establishments or to be deployed as a new solution, in accordance with the roadmap specific to each entity. The expected services include, in particular, the supply of the solution, its implementation, the possible migration of data, interfaces with existing systems, testing, user training, change management support, as well as corrective and evolutionary maintenance and support services. The implementation must result in the delivery of an operational solution that complies with the functional and technical requirements defined in the tender documents and is adapted to the business processes of the various establishments concerned.
