An experienced partner is being sought to support IDW, who will ensure SAP Basis operations while taking into account the current situation (architecture, SAP_Umsysteme_Architektur and SAP_System_Architektur), update and further develop the environment as needed, and integrate new requirements. The main areas include * SAP Basis operations (for example, transport system, client copies, support for application support) * Updating the systems with regard to functionality and IT system security * Ensuring support in the event of disruptions and questions * Collaboration on SAP system projects (for example, technology changes, expansion of functionalities, integration of interfaces to surrounding systems / third-party systems) This will be carried out in close cooperation with IDW and Stadtwerk Winterthur.
