-Betrieb, Support und Wartung des gesamten Informatik Systems mit rund 79 Clients (71 Notebooks, 8 Fat-Clients) und rund 17 Druckern, in einer Gemeinde des Kantons Zürich mit etwa 30 üblichen Applikationen (und Abteilungsanwendungen) gehostet in einem RZ. Die Fachapplikationen von NEST/Abacus/Innosolv bleiben bei OBT AG gehostet und werden auch von OBT AG weiterhin betreut. -Ersatz der Clients (Notebooks und FatClients) und Drucker im Mietmodell. Tastaturen, Mäuse, Headsets (oder Hörer) im Kaufmodell. -Inkl. BYOD-Zugang. M365 Management, ggf. M2024 on Prem (allerdings nicht für Telefonie). E3 Lizenzen nach SIK Konditionen. -Integration des Zugangs zu branchenspezifischer SaaS-Software von Abacus/Innosolv/NEST. -Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb und Support aller Komponenten (ohne Software), Systemsupport 1st-3rd-Level. Endusersupport 2nd- und 3rd-Level (ohne Endusersupport der Fachapplikationen). -Ersatz und Support Netzwerkkomponenten (LAN, WLAN, Switch, Firewall). -Lieferung, Installation und schlüsselfertige Inbetriebnahme aller Komponenten mit Datenübernahme aus dem aktuellen System.
