The Municipality of Echallens wishes to develop and redevelop the Trois-Sapins sports site in order to meet evolving needs for sports and leisure infrastructure, while improving the landscape and environmental quality of the site. The studies carried out up to SIA phase 33 made it possible to define a project for outdoor developments and sports equipment. The Contracting Authority now wishes to appoint the specialists who will ensure the continuation of the project during the implementation phases. The contract is divided into two lots. Tenderers may submit a tender for each of the two lots. The lots are defined as follows: · Lot 1: Landscape architect · Lot 2: Sports equipment specialist. The contract concerns landscape architectural services. The contract concerns sports equipment specialist services. Procedure: open.
