Opportunity description
The Communications Department of the Bern Cantonal Police has a broad range of so-called marketing items. This term refers to all items distributed to third parties by the Bern Cantonal Police—or by its departments, services, and employees—for example as goodwill items, gifts, tokens of thanks, for preventive communication, or for image-building purposes. The use of these items is intended to support the corporate guidelines of the Bern Cantonal Police, strengthen trust in the organization, promote positive identification with the police, and address specific target groups and partner institutions. The Bern Cantonal Police currently has the range described in Annex 3a (Complete range Lot 1) and Annex 3b (Complete range Lot 2). This range is to be partially retained, expanded in the near term, and further developed in the future according to needs. The quantities are those of the last order, which roughly corresponds to the expected annual volume. However, no minimum order quantity is guaranteed. This lot covers the procurement of lower-priced marketing and promotional items, which are primarily used as giveaways at trade fairs, events, information stands, and for broad public campaigns. These are products that are required in larger quantities at the lowest possible unit prices, without compromising the basic requirements for quality and branding. The tenderer must be able to offer a diverse range, ensure customization in accordance with CI/CD, and guarantee short delivery times. High-quality presentation and gift items are not part of this lot. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
