Switzerland – Refuse and waste related services – Tender for the collection and recovery of green waste from households in the municipality of Obersiggenthal

Opportunity description

Collection of green waste (including cooked food scraps) from households within the municipality of Obersiggenthal and recovery of the collected green waste. The recovery location may be freely chosen but must be a biogas plant. The green waste collections must be carried out using a refuse collection vehicle (rear loader) equipped with a comb lift. The Waste Regulations are currently being revised in the municipality of Obersiggenthal. The Regulations provide for green waste disposal by weight (weight-based system) and by volume (sticker system). When the new Waste Regulations are considered by the Municipal Council and the Residents’ Council, a decision will be made in June (project phase A) as to which system (sticker or weight-based system) suppliers must submit a bid for. Notification is scheduled for 15 June and will be sent via simap. From that point onward, it will be clear which system suppliers must submit a bid for (project phase B). Therefore, this tender contains two specifications and appendices for both systems. This invitation to tender replaces the previously announced project #19454, which had to be deleted for technical reasons. Procedure: open.
