As part of the upcoming campaign of triennial overhauls of the generating units (one unit per year), the 3 guard valves will be overhauled. These are vertical-axis butterfly valves with a diameter of 4200mm. The main work to be carried out by the tenderer and the subject of this invitation to tender will be as follows: - Diagnosis before dismantling - Supervision of dismantling - Transport of the valve to the workshop - Dismantling in the workshop - Sandblasting - Non-destructive testing of the stressed areas (PT-MT-UT) - Renewal of corrosion protection - Replacement of parts - Reassembly in the workshop - Functional and pressure testing - Return transport of the valve - Supervision of reassembly on site - Commissioning Procedure: open.
