Opportunity description

Programme Localized neighborhood plan 29'990 in development zone 3 on land originally in zone 5. The 3 residential buildings (A-B-C) will be arranged around a shared courtyard and will rise over 8 levels, including a shared basement connecting the entire complex. Building C, which will be owned by the City of Lancy, will house a daycare center over 2 levels and 14 housing units, currently authorized as HLM-LUP on the following 4 floors. The other 2 buildings will offer commercial spaces on the ground floor, divisible according to tenants’ requirements, and up to 30 apartments on the following five levels, intended for ZD LOC rental for Building B, which will be owned by the Lancy municipal real estate foundation, and for sale as PPE units for Building A. The operating uses of Buildings C and B will be reversed, to ZD Loc and HLM-LUP respectively. Each building, shaped like an equilateral triangle approximately 32 meters on each side, is organized around a central vertical circulation core, which also serves as a natural light well. The stairwell and elevator serve three or four apartments per floor, ranging from 3 to 6 rooms, the basement, as well as shared and technical spaces located in the attic.
