Opportunity description

Groupe E currently uses the ServiceNow platform as a central tool for several internal and customer-oriented processes. The instance, named “Nestor,” has been progressively configured to meet the Group’s operational and organizational needs. ServiceNow is used in particular for managing business requests, providing a centralized portal and automated workflows to facilitate the processing and tracking of internal requests. The platform is also an essential pillar of ITSM, covering incident, change, task, and problem management. Beyond internal processes, ServiceNow is used to manage customer requests, enabling better traceability, improved service quality, and optimal management of commitments (SLA). The solution also includes a module dedicated to vehicle fleet management, ensuring the operational and administrative monitoring of the Group’s mobility resources. The ServiceNow instance is currently maintained and enhanced by an external partner, who provides application support, specific developments, and technical integration, in collaboration with the internal governance teams. As the ServiceNow license contract and the service contract with the integrator are due to expire, Groupe E is launching this call for tenders in order to ensure the continuity of these services, optimize costs, and guarantee the consistent development of the platform for the years ahead.
