Opportunity description

The University of Geneva wishes to implement an integrated software platform enabling the unified management of all functions related to its real estate portfolio: asset repository, space management, equipment maintenance, occupant services and energy management. The objective is to have a structuring tool capable of supporting the development of the campus (~70 buildings, ~220,000 m², 8 sites), optimizing the use of resources and supporting environmental sustainability. This invitation to tender comprises two lots conducted simultaneously: Acquisition of a facility management software solution (licenses and implementation services), deployed in three successive phases over the 2026–2029 period. The solution covers five functional areas: real estate portfolio, maintenance, spaces and reservations, finance, energy and sustainability. It is intended for DiBAT employees, all UNIGE employees and, for certain modules, students. Acquisition of licenses for a SaaS software solution constituting the structured digital foundation for UNIGE and OCBA building data and documents. This contract relates exclusively to licenses and publisher maintenance/support; integration, migration and configuration are carried out internally by UNIGE.
