Kantonsspital Aarau (KSA) is continuously advancing the digitalization of its HR processes. Today, various HR processes are still handled administratively or with limited digital support. In order to increase efficiency and improve user-friendliness for employees and managers, Employee Self Services (ESS) and Manager Self Services (MSS) based on SAP Fiori are to be introduced and expanded.
