Switzerland – Waterproofing work – ARA Thurau: Groundwater waterproofing / watertight concrete structure

Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement procedure is all services necessary for waterproofing the entire ARA Thurau against groundwater, untreated wastewater and treated wastewater. This includes all reinforced concrete components in contact with water (including groundwater), wastewater or sludge (basins, shafts, channels and tanks, rooms, etc.). It essentially comprises: * the planning / engineering, as well as the monitoring and assurance of the watertightness of the floor slabs and walls in accordance with the specifications in the bill of quantities * the supply and professional installation of the corresponding waterproofing elements (e.g. construction joint waterstops, special pipe penetrations, formwork tie elements, etc.) in accordance with the prior planning * if necessary, construction site and assembly area installations, including delivery and removal, assembly and dismantling, provision and repositioning, and all machinery, equipment, lifting gear, mobile scaffolding, etc. necessary for execution * The indication/specification * of the minimum reinforcement for limiting crack widths * of standard details for wall and ceiling penetrations * of the necessary distances between penetrations and from penetrations to component edges.
